Lee Ann Dillon is a partner in Reed Smith’s New York office and a leading lawyer in the firm’s leveraged finance practice. Dillon represents arrangers, agents, trustees, lenders and borrowers across a broad spectrum of corporate finance transactions, including secured and unsecured lending arrangements; leveraged, investment-grade and acquisition financings; project financings; cross-border and multi-currency financings; and debt restructurings and recapitalizations. She is regularly retained for transactions with parties in Latin America.
Sandra Millor focuses on cross-border commercial disputes and international litigation and arbitration in a broad number of areas, including real estate and the financial sector. She regularly manages multimillion-dollar cases on behalf of Latin American and Spanish-speaking clients. She is a partner in Reed Smith’s Miami office.
Rebeca Mosquera is a dual-qualified lawyer in the Republic of Panama and in New York with a decade of experience in the field of international arbitration. She has a strong background in renewable energy and oil & gas from her time at Shell Oil (Alaska), as well as experience in the infrastructure, construction, technology, real estate and telecommunications industries, and regularly represents clients in international disputes under the rules of the ICC, ICDR, ICSID, UNCITRAL, the AAA, and ad hoc proceedings. Mosquera is a senior associate in the international arbitration practice Reed Smith in New York.
