Curtis has played lead roles in many of the most significant wage and hour cases of the recent past, and she has successfully defended employers in numerous class actions involving overtime, minimum wage, meal and rest periods, waiting-time penalties and wage statement claims. She has also advised clients on employment law aspects of corporate transactions, discrimination and harassment issues, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
