Banking and Finance Team of the Year. The firm advised Beehive, UAE’s leading peer-to-peer and digital SME lending platform, on a first-of-its-kind warehouse facility exclusively for SME lending in the region.

Construction Team of the Year. The firm advised an Abu Dhabi developer on the negotiation of project agreements relating to the construction, installation, maintenance and operation of a renewable project in line with its Net Zero Plan, Abu Dhabi’s 2030 Energy Strategy and the UAE Net Zero by 2050 strategic initiative.

TMT Team of the Year. The firm was recognized for advising the UAE’s Creative Media Authority and Abu Dhabi Film Commission on the refresh of its new rebate guidelines. 

Rising Star of the Year. Lauren Banner is a noteworthy associate in the disputes practice of the firm’s Energy and Natural Resources Group in Dubai. She has significant commercial disputes and international arbitration experience. She is also a solicitor advocate with Higher Rights of Audience in the courts of England and Wales.
