Meredith maintains a transactional real estate practice representing developers and investors in the acquisition, development and disposition of various project types including residential, office, industrial and mixed-use projects. Meredith handles purchases and sales of land and improved properties, title and survey issues and development issues. She has assisted clients with transactions involving hospitals and medical office buildings, cell towers, hotels, residential developments and fixed base operations facilities.

Represented a national senior housing REIT in completing the final closing of a $485 million transaction involving the acquisition of 25 senior housing facilities in Michigan. All the facilities are now owned through a RIDEA (REIT) structure in joint venture with its new operator partner.
Represented the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, operator of Reagan National and Dulles International Airports, in taking full advantage of location and data center demand by selling undeveloped property adjacent to Dulles Airport to an affiliate of Digital Realty Trust for $236,500,000. Approximately 70% of the world’s internet traffic flows through Loudoun County, Virginia, and it has become “data center alley.” This transaction is one of a number of data center deals currently being handled by the RE group in Tysons.
