McKay is an associate in the Global Corporate Group and a member of Reed Smith’s Crypto & Digital Assets Group. McKay has represented start-ups, growth companies, private equity firms and venture capital firms in a broad range of domestic and international matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings, corporate governance and commercial matters, and other strategic transactions. He uses project management skills, process improvement techniques, and technology solutions to help the firm better deliver legal services.
