Christopher has substantial experience representing commercial entities in both litigation and transactional contexts.  Christopher represents secured and unsecured creditors, financial institutions and banks in complex bankruptcy cases and appeals.  Christopher regularly represents entities in transactions involving the purchase and sale of commercial entities in numerous sectors, including entities engaged in manufacturing, shipping, transportation, and energy.  Christopher also represents entities in post-acquisition litigation relating to such transactions.
