Christopher also has experience in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings and workouts, including Article 9 sales transactions, receiverships, and assignments for the benefit of creditors. He has represented creditors, creditors’ committees, bankruptcy trustees and debtors.

Christopher is admitted to the bar of the State of California, the United States District Courts for each of the Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a 2005 graduate of the Loyola Law School and earned his B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2001.
