Complaints and dispute resolution procedures
We are committed to providing the highest quality of service. If you are a client and you have any concerns or complaints about any of the services we provide to you, we would like to discuss them with you and try to resolve them as quickly as possible. Initially, we suggest that you contact the person named as your client relationship lawyer in the engagement letter or the person responsible for the particular matter. However, if you do not want to do that or if your discussions with that person do not resolve your issues, you should feel free to contact our Paris office contacts. The Paris Bar has jurisdiction over disputes which may occur between clients and their lawyers for legal services provided in France and provides procedures for dispute resolution.
