Wi-Fi Terms of Use

Reed Smith provides wireless Internet access to invited users including clients, visitors, outside legal counsel and employees, while on Reed Smith premises. Invited users are bound by these terms of use.

Wireless access is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Reed Smith does not warrant that this service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Reed Smith cannot control materials, information, products or services on the internet. Users should be aware that there are security, privacy, and confidentiality risks inherent in using wireless communications and technology and Reed Smith does not make any assurances or warranties relating to the use of the wireless internet access it provides.

By using Reed Smith’s wireless Internet access, users waive any potential claims against Reed Smith arising from the use of this service and further agrees to indemnify and hold Reed Smith LLP harmless from any third-party claims for damages asserted against Reed Smith as a result of the use of the wireless internet services.

Internet access at the designated areas is provided only as a courtesy and may or may not be available at any requested time. Reed Smith reserves the right to deny or restrict access to any user for any reason, including but not limited to abuse of the network, excessive bandwidth consumption, using the network for any type of criminal activity, or activity that is inconsistent with Reed Smith policies.
