Reed Smith-advised matters recognised in China Business Law Journal Deals of the Year

  • BYD Company Limited’s HK$43.5 billion placement – led by Hong Kong-based corporate partner Ivy Lai.

Dispute Resolution

  • China Merchants Ports, DP World series of disputes over Djibouti rights - led by Hong Kong-based disputes partners Lianjun Li, Steve Tam and Cheryl Yu.
  • High-stake trade finance dispute between ING Bank and ICBC ING – led by Hong Kong-based disputes partners Lianjun Li and Donald Sham.
