Doctor-founded Eyemart Express, based in Texas, has 250 stores in 42 states. California-based VSP Vision is the first, national not-for-profit vision benefits company. VSP Vision’s acquisition of Eyemart Express is anticipated to expand network offerings to VSP Vision’s patients and members.
