Reed Smith advises joint brokers on fundraising for Tasty

LONDON – Reed Smith, a global law firm, is representing Nomad and joint brokers Cavendish Capital Markets Limited and Allenby Capital on restaurant operator Tasty plc’s equity fundraising of £9.25 million, retail offer of up to £1 million, and proposed acquisition of The Ventnor Bay Company Limited, which is connected to the fundraising.

The Ventnor Bay Company Limited, owned by David Page, the former chief executive of PizzaExpress, is an investment vehicle focused on investments in the hospitality sector.

Capital markets partner Samantha Myers and associate Georgia Crossman are leading the Reed Smith deal team on the transaction, supported by trainee solicitor Nehchal Kaur.
