Reed Smith advises RadNet in definitive merger agreement with iCAD

SAN FRANCISCO – Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that it provided regulatory counsel to RadNet, Inc., in a definitive merger agreement to acquire iCAD, Inc., in an all-stock transaction.

The Reed Smith team also advised RadNet on the integration of iCAD within the RadNet organization. RadNet is a leading national provider of diagnostic imaging services and digital health solutions. iCAD provides AI solutions in the imaging space, with a focus on breast health solutions.

The Reed Smith team included partners Paul Pitts, Wim Vandenberghe and Sung Park, as well as associate Elliott Race.
