MUNCIH – Global law firm Reed Smith advised the shareholders of the PITERION Group, a leading independent specialist in product lifecycle management (PLM) and manufacturing operations management (MOM) headquartered in Stuttgart, on the sale to Capgemini, a globally operating IT and technology consultancy.
The transaction is expected to close in the coming months, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
