Reed Smith named in The Times' Best Law Firms 2024

LONDON – For the fifth consecutive year, global law firm Reed Smith has been named in The Times' Best Law Firms rankings.

The list is based on peer reviews from across the legal industry. Firms with the most votes from more than 4,300 survey respondents were included in list, with only 250 firms of the 9,425 firms in England and Wales listed.

In addition to its listing, the firm was commended for its commercial dispute resolution practice.

The Times highlighted Reed Smith’s upcoming London office relocation from Broadgate Tower to a modern and sustainable warehouse space in Spitalfields, Blossom Yard & Studios.

It also cited the firm’s work in advising music company Concord during its estimated £246 million purchase of the publishing and recorded music catalogues of Tony Banks, Phil Collins and Mike Rutherford, as well as those from their years in the band Genesis.

In addition to advising the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies on a method to ensure extra financial support is available when needed most in response to a disaster.

Reed Smith’s pro bono work was also referenced, with The Times mentioning the firm’s efforts in helping Ukrainian, Afghan and other asylum seekers in Europe.
