Reed Smith on the strengthening of NEoT Green Mobility's multicurrency financing structure

PARIS – The Paris and London offices of Reed Smith advised NEoT Green Mobility and Crédit Agricole CIB in the expansion of NEoT Green Mobility's existing multicurrency financing structure as KfW IPEX-Bank joins Crédit Agricole CIB and La Banque Postale as a co-lender.

NEoT Green Mobility (NGM) is a leading investment platform in zero-emission mobility financing, providing support to primarily European public and private entities in their energy transition efforts.

NGM's “E-Mobility-as-a-Service" solutions include financing and the provision of batteries, vehicle fleets and charging solutions for sectors such as urban and interurban public transportation, logistics, maritime transport, river navigation and railway transportation.

This new financing enables NGM to continue its steady growth, reaching €145 million in assets and getting closer to its goal of managing €400 million in assets by 2025.

The Reed Smith team that worked alongside NEoT Green Mobility and Crédit Agricole CIB included Baptiste Gelpi, partner, and Audrey Minnie, legal counsel, for French law aspects, as well as Nick Stainthorpe, partner, Oscar Liot, trainee solicitor, and Romain Farnoux, associate, for English law aspects.

Gide advised KfW IPEX-Bank.
