Reed Smith represents Leeds Equity Partners’ Exterro Inc. in $1B+ recapitalization

NEW YORK – Global law firm Reed Smith announced that it has advised Leeds Equity Partners and it portfolio company Exterro, Inc. on Exterro’s strategic recapitalization and third continuation vehicle which values Exterro at more than $1 billion.

Exterro is a leading provider of Legal Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software, which provides deep data insights, workflow efficiencies, and process orchestration across e-discovery, digital forensics, data privacy, and cybersecurity use cases.
