Reed Smith represents Nucleus Security in $20 million Series C financing

ATLANTA — Global law firm Reed Smith represented Nucleus Security in a $20 million Series C funding round led by growth equity firm Delta-v Capital.

Nucleus Security provides vulnerability and exposure management software for enterprises, federal agencies, and defense contractors. Its platform serves as the system of record, integrating security and asset data from more than 200 tools, business context, and AI-driven exploit intelligence. Nucleus Security is FedRAMP authorized, having met federal security standards required to provide cloud services to government agencies.

The Reed Smith deal team was led by Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Group co-chair Nick Foreste and included Haley Homan, Andrew Klemm, and Graham Garvin.
