With more than 15 years of experience, Malphettes brings extensive knowledge of intellectual property, IT law, cybersecurity, consumer law, and content regulation, with a strong international focus. Malphettes assists clients with the negotiation and drafting of complex IP and IT agreements. She also advises on anticipating and ensuring compliance with European and national regulations affecting activities, including the Digital Services Act, the Data Act, the NIS2 Directive, and consumer law regulations.
Malphettes represents clients in disputes before courts and supervisory authorities. Throughout her career, Malphettes has advised numerous leading companies. Her experience includes secondments with Meta as regulatory litigation counsel.

Admitted to the Paris Bar, Malphettes began her career at Chanel in New York, followed by positions at Alain Bensoussan and PDGB. She then spent 12 years at White & Case in the Intellectual Property and Information Technology department. She is a member of Cyberlex and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Additionally, she teaches platform regulation within the Master 2 Innovation Law programme at Sciences Po.
