Firm wins “Deal of the Year” in the Education sector
Rozental’s focuses on private equity transactions and domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions across a broad range of sectors, including consumer brands and retail, industrials and manufacturing, technology, media and telecom (TMT), financial services, healthcare, and entertainment & media. This is the latest in a series of honors Rozental has received by media and organizations that closely follow the private equity / M&A transactions space, including recognition as a 2022 "Emerging Leader" by The M&A Advisor, and as a 2021 “Top Rising Star” in M&A and Private Equity by The Deal.
Separately, the firm as a whole won “deal of the year” in the Education sector for the middle-market for its representation of Blueprint Education and New Harbor Capital in its acquisition of Rosh Review. This transaction was led by partner Siddesh Bale and added an industry-leading provider of online exam preparation and continuing education solutions for medical students, physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nurses to Blueprint’s existing portfolio of medical admissions and licensure exam preparation offerings, delivering an end-to-end educational platform for medical learners.
Both Rozental and the firm were recognized in award ceremonies on January 19th in New York.
