MUNICH – Global law firm Reed Smith’s corporate practice has been recognised in the Chambers Germany 2026 guide, published today. Partners Andreas Splittgerber and Christian Filippitsch achieved individual recognitions for their work in data protection and competition/EU law respectively.

Splittgerber is co-managing partner of Reed Smith’s Munich office, a member of the firm’s Emerging Technologies Group, and co-head of the global artificial intelligence practice. He advises clients on technology, digitalisation, data, artificial intelligence, privacy, and IT/cybersecurity compliance and product development matters, and represents clients before data protection authorities and courts.

Filippitsch is the managing partner of Reed Smith’s Brussels office. He advises on EU and international competition and merger control law, EU state aid, and public procurement, as well as regulatory law. He represents clients, across a wide range of industry sectors, before the European Commission and the German and Austrian competition authorities.
