Amrit’s practice centers on commodity and derivatives transactions, with a focus on energy transactions. She supports all types of matters related to the structuring of utility-scale PPAs, energy supply and offtake arrangements, and other agreements for the sale and purchase of power and natural gas. Amrit’s recent experience includes assisting with ISDA Master Agreements and EEI Master Agreements, energy supply agreements, energy management agreements, guaranties, NDAs, and other commercial contracts used within the power, gas, and renewable sector.
