She focuses on a range of corporate and commercial transactional work, (M&A and joint ventures, project financing and commercial contracts) primarily in the renewable energy sector. She also advises clients on conventional energy matters, construction projects (engineering, procurement and construction contracts) and regulatory matters.

Representative matters

Advising an international renewable energy developer on various issues relating to the grid connection, construction, commissioning, commercial operation, and maintenance of a 106 MWp solar photovoltaic projects portfolio under development in various locations across Larissa and Kilkis regions, central and north Greece, respectively.
Acted for PPC Renewables, the renewables arm of Public Power Corporation, Greece's largest power producer and supplier, on the acquisition of a 164 MW onshore wind projects portfolio from Intrakat, a major Greek construction group, as well as on the setting up of a joint venture with Intrakat for the joint development, construction and commercial operation of a 1.6 GW renewable energy & energy storage projects portfolio.
Supported a Greek solar power developer on various issues relating to the intended sale and the further development (post-sale) of a 1 GW solar photovoltaic projects portfolio in various locations across central Greece to an international solar power producer.
