Freddie is an associate in the Global Corporate Group, focusing on equity capital markets and private and public M&A transactions. He advises companies across sectors including life sciences, natural resources, technology, retail and financial services, and also acts for nominated advisers, sponsors, banks and brokers, with particular experience in IPOs, AIM admissions, secondary fundraisings and public company advisory work. Freddie has acted on a range of complex equity capital markets transactions, as well as on domestic and cross-border private and public M&A. He also advises on general corporate and transactional matters.
