Georgia’s main areas of practice include energy, infrastructure and environmental law. Georgia has been involved in numerous M&A transactions in the renewable energy, real estate, tourism and healthcare sectors, while she has advised clients on the regulatory, environmental and planning requirements associated with the establishment of industrial sites and energy projects, such as wind and photovoltaic parks. She also has vast experience in public procurement and privatization procedures

Advising an international renewable energy developer on various issues relating to the grid connection, construction, commissioning, commercial operation, and maintenance of a 106 MWp solar photovoltaic projects portfolio under development in various locations across Larissa and Kilkis regions, central and north Greece, respectively.

Acted for PPC Renewables, the renewables arm of Public Power Corporation, Greece's largest power producer and supplier, on the acquisition of a 164 MW onshore wind projects portfolio from Intrakat, a major Greek construction group, as well as on the setting up of a joint venture with Intrakat for the joint development, construction and commercial operation of a 1.6 GW renewable energy & energy storage projects portfolio.

Advised one of the largest energy companies in the Baltic states, on all issues relating to the development, licensing, grid connection, construction and commercial operation of solar photovoltaic projects in Greece.

Supported a major Asian energy group on several issues relating to the acquisition of a significant interest in several Greek SPVs (of the same group) owing a 250 MW operating onshore wind and solar photovoltaic projects portfolio.

Advised Valorem, a leading French renewable energy company, on various issues relating to the licensing of solar PV projects combining battery energy storage systems.

Acted for Hive Energy, an international renewable energy company, on various issues relating to the successful sale of a 267 MW solar photovoltaic projects portfolio under development in central Greece to Juwi Group.

Advised Sirec Energy, a Greek green energy fund, on various issues relating to its investment projects under the net-metering scheme.

Assisted the Greek subsidiary of Voltalia, an international renewable energy company, on various land planning issues relating to the licensing of a 230 MWp solar photovoltaic projects portfolio under development in central Greece.

Advised National Energy, a US backed, privately funded corporate group active in the renewables sector, on several project agreements (modules supply agreements, balance of plant and grid connection works contracts) relating to the implementation of an approx. 140 MWp solar photovoltaic projects portfolio under development in various locations across mainland Greece.

Assisted PPC Renewables within the framework of its successful participation in a tender process for the acquisition of a substantial renewable energy assets portfolio, comprising approx. 46 MW of operating onshore wind projects and a 2 MWp operating solar photovoltaic project.

Supported Alpha Bank on various issues relating to the €32 million financing of a Greek wholly owned subsidiary of Valorem, which is developing a 27 MW onshore wind project in Kozani region, northwest Greece.

Assisted IDEA Investments, a Greek solar PV projects developer, on the preparation of a legal VDD report and the structuring of a transaction for the sale of a 300 MWp solar photovoltaic projects portfolio under development in Kilkis region, north Greece.
