Georgia’s main areas of practice include energy, infrastructure and environmental law. Georgia has been involved in numerous M&A transactions in the renewable energy, real estate, tourism and healthcare sectors, while she has advised clients on the regulatory, environmental and planning requirements associated with the establishment of industrial sites and energy projects, such as wind and photovoltaic parks. She also has vast experience in public procurement and privatization procedures

Representative matters

Advising an international renewable energy developer on various issues relating to the grid connection, construction, commissioning, commercial operation, and maintenance of a 106 MWp solar photovoltaic projects portfolio under development in various locations across Larissa and Kilkis regions, central and north Greece, respectively.
Acted for PPC Renewables, the renewables arm of Public Power Corporation, Greece's largest power producer and supplier, on the acquisition of a 164 MW onshore wind projects portfolio from Intrakat, a major Greek construction group, as well as on the setting up of a joint venture with Intrakat for the joint development, construction and commercial operation of a 1.6 GW renewable energy & energy storage projects portfolio.
Advised one of the largest energy companies in the Baltic states, on all issues relating to the development, licensing, grid connection, construction and commercial operation of solar photovoltaic projects in Greece.
