Imogen Harding

Imogen has a range of dispute resolution experience. She has acted for commodities and shipping companies in addition to state clients across proceedings in the English High Court and arbitral bodies including LMAA, LCIA, ICSID, and in international trade association disputes.

In terms of non-contentious experience, Imogen undertook a client secondment to a global multimedia conglomerate, which involved contract review and advising on commercial issues. Imogen is also involved in several pro-bono projects at the firm.
