Janet has been a partner at Richards Butler since 2001. She qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1995. Janet’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, and private company investments. She also acts for sponsors, global coordinators, and companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and in the PRC. Janet provides advisory services to listed companies (including H share companies and red chips) in respect of compliance with the relevant Hong Kong regulatory requirements.
