Jocelyne advises clients on a wide range of complex corporate and transactional matters across diverse industries. She has extensive experience working with corporate clients, as well as domestic and international private equity and pension fund sponsors, on mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, divestitures, joint ventures, and other corporate matters. Her practice also includes representing issuers and investment banking firms in public and private equity and debt offerings, and counseling clients on Exchange Act reporting obligations and corporate governance issues.

Represented the underwriters in two Canadian issuers’ debut U.S. private offerings of senior notes.
