This project comprises 1,250 dwellings, a cinema, a hotel, and mixed commercial and public open space, to be developed in phases over 10 years. The S106 Agreement includes affordable housing requirements, phased viability reappraisals, contributions, infrastructure provision and public access requirements.
Advising Patrizia on the acquisition of a site outside Edgbaston cricket stadium for mixed-use development of 375 build to rent units, retail units and parking, with associated infrastructure. We advised on all aspects of the development including planning, involving S106 arrangements covering contributions and off-site provision of affordable housing.

Advising Dalian Wanda (and R&F Properties) on their acquisition and development of One Nine Elms in Wandsworth, London. The project comprises 58 and 43 storey towers with 500 residential units, retail, office and hotel. Negotiating the S106 Agreement which covered off-site and on-site affordable housing and complex provisions relating to future additional on-site affordable housing provision, public open space, viewing platform and public realm requirements, together with highway works. We also advised on the environmental and construction aspects of the project.
Advised Countryside Properties on the planning aspects of their Cambridge extension schemes comprising 2,000+ dwellings, associated infrastructure (including the Addenbrooke’s relief road), complex security provisions and contributions, provision of playing fields and sports facilities, green corridor, community building, healthcare and library facilities and primary and secondary schools, ecological mitigation measures, community gardens and play areas.
