Maria is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group where she focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, development, and zoning and land use matters. She represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, sale/leasebacks, and leasing of mixed-used projects, office buildings, shopping centers, retail spaces, and other commercial properties. Maria also has significant experience assisting purchasers and landlords with sale/leasebacks for single tenant and multi-property portfolio transactions nationwide.
While in law school, Maria was a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Research and Writing program as well as the Production Editor for the Duquesne Law Review.
