Sam represents various employers in several industries in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. He has defended employers against a broad range of claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and analogous state law statutes. Sam has been part of winning several civil bench trials in the New Jersey Superior Court.
