Scott obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Imperial College London in 2011. He then obtained his Juris Doctor and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from City University of Hong Kong in 2014 and 2015, respectively. He was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2019.
