Tamas Lorinczy

Counsel

Tamas is a Counsel in the Global Corporate Group. He has over a decade of corporate transactional and general advisory experience, with a primary focus on cross-border transactions, principally in private M&A and private equity. He also focuses on corporate restructurings and reorganisations and complex commercial contracts. He advises corporates, financial sponsors and institutional investors across a broad range of business sectors.

Representative matters

Advised K1 Investment Management, and its portfolio company the SINGU Group, on its acquisition of Synbiotix, a leading European provider of cloud-based software for property operations and facility management.
Advised RedBird IMI on the proposed acquisition of the Telegraph Media Group, a multimedia news company (advised on prior to joining Reed Smith).
Advised RedBird IMI on the disposal of The Spectator magazine, the oldest continuously published weekly in the English language (advised on prior to joining Reed Smith).
