Zachary Baker

Zach is an associate in our employee benefits and executive compensation team. He assists clients with matters involving retirement plans (including 401(k) and pension plans), health and welfare plans and other day-to-day benefits administration matters. Zach also regularly works on executive compensation arrangements that are subject to Code Section 409A, including the preparation of equity incentive plans and associated award agreements. Zach assists clients in preparing and negotiating executive employment and severance agreements. He counsels clients on various compliance issues, and has experience preparing submissions and responses to the Internal Revenue Service.
