Zack also regularly represents commodity hedge providers in drafting and negotiating intercreditor agreements, hedging agreements (including ISDA Master Agreements and NAESB contracts), netting agreements, guarantees, and trade confirmations. 

Prior to joining the firm, Zack practiced in San Antonio and Midland, Texas, where he focused exclusively on oil and gas transactional matters in the Eagle Ford Shale and Permian Basin, respectively. His experience includes representing private and public companies in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and entity formation and structuring, as well as preparing deeds, oil and gas leases, joint operating agreements, farmout agreements, assignments, easement and right-of-way agreements, and other agreements utilized in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry.
