In the U.S., we regularly advise on land use, environmental entitlements, compliance and real estate tax issues, for large scale developments, including data centers, unconventional natural gas drilling and developments, hospitals, office, and retail operations. We have litigated landlord-tenant disputes in both state and federal courts.
