Prior to joining Reed Smith, Morin served as vice president of platform distribution at Grayscale Investments, the largest digital currency asset manager globally, which provides access to digital currency investment products. As a key member of the Grayscale team, Morin executed on the firm’s strategic planning and partnered with financial institutions, private banks, wealth management firms, and fintechs to onboard SEC reporting digital assets products onto their platforms. Morin led the platform deal cycle, securing partnership opportunities, overseeing due diligence processes, structuring commercial terms, and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support. She also developed digital asset educational content for platforms covering products, innovations, regulatory developments, best practices, and risk assessment.
Prior to that, Morin served as general counsel and chief commercial officer of Singapore-based digital asset exchange, Tokenomy, subsidiary of the largest regulated digital asset exchange in Indonesia. She provided strategic advice and solutions for new projects and product launches, developed business and partnership opportunities, engaged with international regulators, and oversaw licensing processes, regulatory approvals, internal controls and compliance matters. Before joining Tokenomy, Morin held banking positions with several major international financial services firms. Prior to that, Morin was a commercial litigation attorney at another global law firm representing clients across various industries, including financial services, banking, energy and technology.

Morin earned a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, an M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business, and a B.A. from Pepperdine University. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
