The complete integration of tcam GmbH into Novia Group as the future novia Engineering GmbH took place on 1 January 2025. This move allows Novia Group to expand its portfolio and strengthen its position as a leading provider in the global sourcing sector.
The acquisition enables Novia Group to secure extensive expertise in optimising manufacturing processes and developing efficient production methods.
