Eleni is an associate in the Global Corporate Group.
She focuses on a range of corporate and commercial transactional work, (M&A and joint ventures, project financing and commercial contracts) primarily in the renewable energy sector. She also advises clients on conventional energy matters, construction projects (engineering, procurement and construction contracts) and regulatory matters.
Eleni has experience in various renewable energy transactions, acting for a major listed oil and gas company. She has advised on a global smart city development tender and numerous construction projects. Eleni has worked across three countries (the UK, Germany and Greece) and has developed a diverse range of experience from roles held with in-house oil and gas and risk consulting companies and international law firms.
Eleni is dual qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and a lawyer in Greece. She is fluent in English, German and Greek.
