Olivia helps financial institutions, corporates, funds, and NGOs structure and execute transactions that unlock capital, reduce funding costs, and deliver measurable impact. She advises across asset-backed securitizations, capital markets issuances, humanitarian and development finance, and portfolio sales and acquisitions, often guiding first-time or high-growth issuers from concept to close.
Beyond her client work, Olivia co-chairs the firm’s Multicultural Network, driving initiatives that strengthen inclusion, engagement and client collaboration. Olivia leads a number of pro bono projects focused on human rights research and provides commercial legal advice to charities and nonprofits in the UK and internationally, helping them navigate complex legal challenges and advance their missions.
