Jacqueline is dedicated to representing managed care organizations and health plans in complex litigation, guiding clients through the challenging landscape of health care law. Her practice focuses on delivering comprehensive legal support, particularly in matters involving member benefits, breach of contract, and disputes between providers and members, bad faith, as well as a broad range of related claims.
During her time as a summer associate at Reed Smith, Jacqueline further honed her experience in the unique legal issues facing managed care clients, deepening her understanding of their needs and strengthening her ability to advocate on their behalf. In addition to her work in managed care, Jacqueline is committed to pro bono service, with experience in family law, guardianship, and immigration matters.
While in law school, Jacqueline served as a judicial extern at the Los Angeles Superior Court, Vice President of the Armenian Law Students Association, President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and as Notes & Submissions Editor of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal.
