Stephane’s practice focuses on business law, with an emphasis on real estate and corporate transactions. He has extensive experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint ventures of real estate-based assets and businesses, as well as the development of real estate-based projects.
His experience for developers, owners, financiers, buyers and sellers includes power generation (wind, solar, geothermal and natural gas fired), energy storage, transmission facilities and mining projects, as well as hotels and large commercial/mixed-use projects throughout California and the United States.
