Emad has more than 20 years of hospitality, real estate and corporate finance experience. His practice focuses on joint ventures, hotel leasing agreements, branded residential developments, managing and licensing agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. He has successfully negotiated, handled and led complex transactions totaling billions of dollars for residential, retail and hospitality portfolios across the Middle East.
Emad works with a diverse client base that includes hotel owners and operators, developers, private equity funds and third-party operators within the real estate and hospitality industry.
He is particularly experienced in working with in-house legal teams and senior management, as a key part of the executive leadership team, to support their strategic direction while ensuring strong corporate governance and compliance.
