Brianna is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment group. Brianna has experience in plaintiff’s work which allows her to approach any legal matter with a dual focus, enabling her to understand and anticipate both sides of the argument in preparation for providing innovative solutions to clients.
Brianna has litigation and counseling experience that cover a broad range of topics, including wage and hour law compliance, separation agreements, as well as relating to the prevention of discrimination, retaliation, harassment and hostile work environments, employee privacy, termination practices, leaves of absence, and disability accommodations and the interactive process. Brianna also has experience litigating breach of contract disputes as well as preliminary injunction and temporary restraining orders related to non-disclosure, non-compete, non-solicitation and other restrictive covenant agreements for the protection of company trade secrets.
Brianna’s experience as a teaching assistant and mentor in the Academic Excellence Program at Duquesne while in law school has allowed her to develop skills in communicating transparently with and generating efficient solutions for her clients. She was also the Production Editor for Duquesne’s Law Review.
