Rachel is an associate in the Structured Finance team. She has experience working on a wide range of finance transactions including securitisations, real estate finance, and receivables finance. Rachel has represented participants in their capacity as issuer, noteholder, warehouse finance provider, trustee and security agent. Rachel’s experience includes residential backed securities. Her recent work includes advising on a USD 1 billion dollar secured note programme and substantial restructuring and bond issuance and advising issuers in relation to legacy RMBS transactions.
