On Wednesday, November 15th, John Feldman and Toam Rubinstein will be speaking on a panel titled “Activation Through Prizes: A Modern Look at the Law of Sweepstakes and Contests” at 2:10 pm ET. This session will cover the use of prize promotions and awards to benefit brands.

On Friday, November 17th, Jason Gordon and Michael Isselin will be speaking on a panel titled “Un”AI”voidable: A Look at Influencer Marketing Beyond #AD” at 1:00 pm ET. This session will dig deeper into the FTC’s general rules on influencer content, with topics including AI implications, IP actions, emerging platforms, performance analytics, equality and transparency, and SAG-AFTRA considerations.

Also on Friday, Keri Bruce will be speaking on the panel “Key Industry Issues in Client/Agency Agreements” at 1:55 pm ET. The session will discuss utilizing the ANA contract as a roadmap to explore the current advertising and media landscape, unique issues facing advertisers, and other topics included in the updated ANA Master Media Buying Services Agreement template.
