CHICAGO – Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that it has advised private equity fund Wind Point Partners on its acquisition of Hasa, Inc., an industry-leading producer and supplier of high-quality water treatment solutions.
Hasa manufactures and distributes chemicals and ancillary products used for critical sanitization and maintenance of water systems, including swimming pools, water tanks and containment vessels for recreational, industrial and municipal end markets.
Wind Point Partners is a private equity firm focused on growth capital investments and leveraged buyouts in middle-market companies.
