PARIS – Reed Smith's Paris office has advised investors Indosuez Wealth Management and Amundi on their acquisition of a stake in AirFund and the signing of three strategic partnerships.

AirFund offers digital services to put asset management companies in touch with distributors of private asset funds for retail investors.

This investment will enable Indosuez and Amundi to promote the marketing of their private asset funds.

The Fund Channel BtoB distribution platform (a joint venture between Amundi and CACEIS) will use AirFund to broaden the range of funds offered to its distributor clients by including private asset funds.

This round of financing will also enable AirFund to increase its French and European headcount and expand geographically, in addition to making significant investments in R&D.

The Reed Smith team assisting Indosuez and Amundi included partner Marc Fredj, associate Antea Bonito and associate Alex Ebangué on the corporate side. Partner Séverine Martel and associate Raphaël Balji advised on employment matters.

OneWealthPlace was advised by Neptune Legal (Patrick Douin) and CFM Avocats (Christelle Fouchet).
