Wang joins from Haitong International Securities Group, a leading Chinese financial institution, where she was a director in the Loan Capital Markets team. Haitong International provides comprehensive financial services including corporate finance, asset management, etc., for Chinese and international private equity sponsors, enterprises, and institutions.
Wang has a wealth of experience working on debt finance transactions, on both the borrower and lender side, including cross-border leveraged and acquisition financing, margin financing, and fund financing in Greater China and Southeast Asia.
In addition to structuring and executing finance transactions, Wang also has a strong track-record for originating deals.
Prior to joining Haitong International, Wang was with Kirkland & Ellis and trained at Simmons & Simmons.
