His work spans all stages of the investment cycle, from platform acquisitions and bolt-ons to exits and recapitalisations. He has extensive experience in growth equity transactions and advises both investors and companies on Series A and later-stage funding rounds. Andrew frequently acts in transactions across the financial services, technology, and business services sectors.

Prior to joining Reed Smith, Andrew practised at several leading international law firms.
