Nicoletta Lakatos focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance transactions, including the representation of lenders and borrowers in the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate including multifamily, healthcare, mixed use, hotels, and condo buildings. Nicoletta has experience negotiating, reviewing and drafting contracts of sale, leases, management and development agreements, title documents, surveys and loan documents for commercial mortgage loans, mezzanine financing and C-PACE financing.
